Jewellery
To Kristina jewellery is wearable art and so each of her pieces is made by hand in the studio especially for you. As jewellery pieces are made-to-order by Kristina herself, it takes 10-15 business days to dispatch your order.
When you place an order, a confirmation of your order and the amount charged will be sent to the email address you have provided. As soon as your item is made and dispatched from the studio, you will be notified through email and receive a tracking number for your shipment.

All parcels are insured and will require a signature upon delivery. UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery and International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Signed & Tracked.
If for any reason there might be a delay with your order, we will contact you to let you know.
Should you like an express service, please reach out to studio@kris-walsh.com and we will seek to accommodate your request. Additional fees may apply.
International Customs & Duties
International orders may incur additional customs or import duties depending your location.
Please note, international customs or import duty charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, since customs and import duties are controlled by and vary between countries, we cannot change them or advise on how much they may be. When promotional, free delivery is offered, shipping costs will be covered, however customs and import charges will not.
