Jewellery Repairs
We want you to enjoy your jewellery piece forever. Should any damage come to your piece, even if it’s your fault, please get in touch with studio@kris-walsh.com. If we can repair, repolish, or restore your piece, we will. Depending on the extent of damage, there may be some costs to repair, but we will discuss this with you. Repairs and resizes are only available on orders bought directly from us, and unfortunately not on items bought through other shops or platforms.
Ring Resizing
We want to make sure you get the right size ring the first time (check out the Sizing Tips if you haven’t already), but if you get your ring and it’s not fitting, please get in touch at studio@kris-walsh.com.
For non-plated items, we offer one free resizing within one month of receiving your order. Pieces that are plated, will incur a small fee for resizing since resizing wears off the platings and your piece will need to be re-plated. After one month, there will be a small fee to resize items.
Postage and packaging the item will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns + Refunds
We hope you love your new item as much as we loved making it for you (and we really loved making it). However, if it is not to your liking, we can refund your purchase upon return of the item.
To arrange a return:
Please email studio@kris-walsh.com with your order number and reason for return.
After we authorize the return, you will be asked to return the item/s in their original, unworn condition, with the original packaging and within 14 days of you receiving the goods.
Original posting and packaging is non-refundable and returns postage will be the responsibility of the customer. Refunds of shipping costs will only be provided in the unlikely event of the item/s being faulty.
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the goods arrive within the timeframe stated above.
Please be advised that international customs or duties are not refundable.
We strongly recommend you provide us with tracking details and insure the return shipment as we are unable to accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during returns transit.
Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment and will be initiated within 5 business days of us receiving the goods back at our studio. You will receive an email confirmation of the refund being processed. Financial institutions may require additional time to process the refund before the funds are available to the account.
Bespoke or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, and such sales are final.
